TUITION RULES & REGULATIONS (2025-26) (47-4A)

1️⃣ Class Schedule

• Tuition sessions will be held for a minimum of 2-3 days and a maximum of 5-6 days per week, depending on the student's preference.

• Maths and Science classes will be conducted 3 to 5 days per week, totaling 12 to 15 days per month.

2️⃣ Fee Structure

• The monthly tuition fee ranges from ₹1,000 to ₹4,000 per student.

• Payment must be made in advance within the 1st or 2nd week of each month.

3️⃣ Class Duration

• Each batch will have a class duration of 1 hour and 30 minutes to 2 hours.

4️⃣ Attendance & Compensation

• If a student is absent, a maximum of two missed classes will be adjusted.

5️⃣ Payment Methods

• Fees can be paid via Google Pay (GPay), PhonePe, WhatsApp Pay (WPay), Paytm, or cash.

6️⃣ Communication Guidelines

• For any queries, please call after 10 p.m. on weekdays and after 11 a.m. on Sundays.

Fee Details by Class Level

Classes 4 to 6 (All Subjects)

• ₹3,000 per month – 5 days per week (20 days per month).

• ₹1,800 per month – 3 days per week (12 days per month).

Classes 7 to 10 (Maths & Science)

• ₹3,000 per month – 4 days per week (16 days per month).

• ₹2,400 per month – 3 days per week (12 days per month).

Classes 11 & 12 (Programming Languages)

• ₹2,000 per month – 2 days per week (8 days per month).

Classes 6 to 10 (Programming Languages)

• ₹1,600 per month – 2 days per week (8 days per month).
